The player from Sweden requested a withdrawal. Later, their money was returned back to the account. The player, unfortunately, lost all their winnings, therefore, we were forced to reject this complaint.

I will try to be so detailed i can here.

i will also upload some screenshots!

I was verifyed on the site and had load up the document they asking for. I did send a picture of my passport and my tax document from the goverment when you see my address, income from the year, account nr etc.

The 26/04 did i withdrawl 10.000 wish was succsesfully. The mail i got was " Your withdrawal is almost ready…

Your withdrawal request has been submitted successfully. This can typically take 3 hours to process but can take up to 48 hours. Please see details below for your transaction:

I did check my email constantily if they would ask for some more info but they didn't.

I wrote with the live chat 2 times and they said that "the money will come and you don't have to worry, i will proberly receive it today. It can take little bit more time because it is a lagre amount, but it will come".

Screenshots of the conversations will be uplouded.


The 29/04 did i recieve a mail in the night and it stod "Your withdrawal for -10000.00 EUR was declined and your funds have been returned to your iBet wallet." nothing more.


I mailed directlly about it and ask why the withdrawl has been declined.

But i did celebrate one of the biggest holidays in sweden that night it come back to my accont and disapointed, angry and drunk as i was did i gamble it all away in like 20-30 minuts..


The day after i received a mail and they have answar my question. it say that i need to do a full verifiction.


I did this withdrawl so i not was able to gamble it away!

And when the support did promises me that the money will come also.

It have'nt been a issue if it still have been pending and they have ask for more documents as it stod in the mail that they could ask for.


I have done a ton of resarch and this is my conclusion that they can't do like this, but i can't find a specifik case like this so i hope this will help me here.


My time on casinos have i never been treated and fooled like this..

I understand that this situation would have never happened if you could withdraw your winnings in the first place, however, we are not able to help you only if there is no balance left.

But if they didn’t have any reasons to decline it? Or can they just put the money back for fun..? Should’t they ask for some more info before they put the money back?

It should be some type of rules here what they can do and not?


But if they just can deposit me back because they want to and promises me stuffs that’s not true then i understand there is nothing you can do!

Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. It would only be a goodwill gesture if the casino returned winnings that have been lost voluntarily. Please understand that the player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. For future references, please contact us as soon as the issue evolves so we can intervene before it's too late.
