The player from Malta had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, their winnings hadn't been received yet. Following the advice of the Complaints Team, the player had waited for 14 days after the withdrawal request. The player then confirmed that the casino had sent the withdrawal.

I opened an account on 17.01.23 and I deposited euro 3700 via revolut bank transfer and I immediately contacted support to verify my account and a Luke Jackson informed me that verification is not necessary which obviously concerned me.

On the same day I successfully processed a withdrawal of euro 1000 to my revolut card so I thought that everything was fine.

on 18.01.23 I processed a withdrawal for euro 3000 and it has not been approved.

on 21.01.23 I processed another withdrawal of just euro 1000 and again it has not been approved.

Since 18.01.23 I have contacted Luke, Max Richter, Sarah, Selena and Tenace via emails and live chat but they have ignored all my messages and it’s impossible to describe how much stress I have been faced with these past 3-4 days and I suffer from anxiety attacks.


i also have another pending balance of euro 4612.15 on my account which is due to me.


Could you kindly contact this company and assist me very urgently.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I appreciate your first response but unfortunately I have gone through all the many complaints filed against HEYBETS on your site and I am under complete shock seeing how they are allowed to do what they do and I will be doing everything possible to avoid any other players having to go through this awful nightmare.
