Case summary

The player from Spain discovered a bug at Heybets which allowed him to win some money. Although these winnings were approved for withdrawal, subsequent deposits were confiscated by the casino after they identified the bug exploit. The confiscated deposits totaled $3k and the overall affected amount went up to $5k. We were unable to investigate further and had no choice but to reject the complaint due to the player's lack of response to our messages and questions.

I was scammed and I need help. 1 week ago I found a bug on heybets and I won some money from it, they approved the withdrawals and everything was correct. After that I made some legitimate deposits and they realized everything that had happened previously, so they decided to take the money from the legitimate deposits in revenge. Can someone please help? The deposits were $3k and with the total withdrawals it was $5k which is a lot of money for me. Thank you so muchfilefilefile

Hello futkitsesp,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Heybets Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? What kind of bug did you find and use? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Pleas note that any winnings earned due a bug or technical issues are not legitimate and the player has to report it to the casino immediately.

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

The error was that their deposit bonuses were poorly made and if you tried to cancel it with less money than you had started with, it would be cancelled, enabling the withdrawal of all the money. After doing this and with the withdrawals approved, I made other independent deposits and they have kept that money, if they have an error on the website it is their fault and they must take responsibility for their errors, but they cannot retain my money because, according to ToS, I have not breached anything so that they do not return the amount of my deposits, in fact they told me "Therefore we have declined your withdrawal requests and deducted the EXTRA AMOUNT that was granted to you via the error from your account." but they didn't give the deposits back, they deducted all the money. The last explanation they gave me was 1week ago and since that I've been writing them but unluckily they didn't answer

That screenshot is all the explanation they have given me after freezing +5k dollars

Hello Vadidovic,

How much did you win with the bug? How much did you deposit since you canceled the bonus? What is your current amount of money on your casino account?

If possible, please forward the deposit, bonus and betting history to nikolas.b@casino.guru.
