I made a withdrawal 16 days ago

i joined playatharrys 11 months ago and have made several withdrawals without any problem

I made a withdrawal 16 days ago and have not received my money

I have emailed them so many times

they have emailed me back twice stating that my withdrawal has been processed

this was done two days after my withdrawal

they now will not answer any emails and I still haven’t received my payment

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. Which payment method to withdraw your winnings have you opted for? Was it the same method you used in the past? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Hi

It Was the same withdrawal I have

always used bank transfer.

There was no bonuses involved it was all my money, they don’t reply to my emails or acknowledge me at all.

I have forward my emails and proof of winnings and withdrawal

Also in one of the emails they state my withdrawal has been processed!!!
