Dear Mark,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I have checked general terms and conditions (no bonus terms), and this is what I found https://playatharrys.com/templates/company/terms_and_conditions:

"A player with 1 deposit only will be eligible to cashout a maximum of 15x the initial deposit amount. All further winnings will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request.

All bonuses are limited to max winnings based on their initial bonus percentage. For Bonuses between 25% - 99%, max winnings are limited to thirty (x30) times the initial deposit amount. For Bonuses between 100% - 199%, max winnings are limited to twenty (x20) times the initial deposit amount. For Bonuses above 200%, max winnings are limited to fifteen (x15) times the initial deposit amount. Max winnings from Cashback / Loyalty Bonus are limited to five (5x) times the initial amount of Cashback / Loyalty Bonus given. Any winnings above that will be deducted."

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider this rule to be unfair and predatory when it’s applied to a real money game.

Please, could you advise if you have accumulated winnings with or without any active bonus?

Looking forward to hearing from you. I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this unpleasant situation as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Petronela
