The player from India had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout had not been received yet. The player had expressed concern over the casino's withdrawal methods, as many were crypto-based and his preferred method, Astropay, was not available due to his multiple accounts. The player had also questioned the high rating of the casino on Casino Guru. We had advised the player to wait for two weeks for the payment to be processed and kept the complaint open for further developments. However, due to lack of response from the player, we had to reject the complaint.

First I am deposit with UPI method.after my win I try to withdrawal. but upi and bank transfer  are not available in withdrawal method.i have also astropay and netteller. My Netteller not permitted gambling sites.astropay not accept deposit great win because the site have multiple astropay accounts. Other methods are not accept indian payment methods. Hence kindly resolve my astropay deposit issue .I am also sent some astropay screenshots before kindly sanction it. I am only deposited in the as per your 9.7 rating

I am not put request withdrawal yet.because the site don't have bank transfer and upi withdrawal. So I have optioned only via astropay.astropay declined theirs deposit and withdrawal request due to they have multiple accounts. My money stucked

I am also their customer support chat.but every time they told to change another method.90 % withdrawal methods are crypto based.please enable astropay. Why casino guru gives 9.7 rating to the graet win casino?
