The player from Oklahoma has submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

It's been a good while now I've been communicating with some of your agents. I've successfully done everything on my end required of me to withdraw my $100 in winnings to my Bitcoin address that I used to make the required $20 Bitcoin deposit. 


Specifically when speaking with one of your agents Kody The Voldemort yesterday, he informed me to be looking for it sometime today. 


I’ve been given the runaround about receiving my $100 withdrawal to my Bitcoin wallet. I’ve done everything and then some waited more than enough time way more than their 48 hour turnaround time they claim but still am given the runaround on a day-to-day basis at this point and I’m tired of it. I have met him for filled and done every single thing and action that they have supposedly required but still have been given the runaround and I’m so so sick of this I don’t have time for it. It’s not like I’m asking for several grand I’m only trying to please get my rightly earned $100 withdrawal.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I’m happy to report that after multiple correspondences with their customer support chat team almost daily for nearly two weeks, that they have finally paid out my $100 in winnings.


Verdict being that they probably aren’t the fastest paying online casino to pay up, if you remain persistent with them & successfully complete all of their requirements, they will eventually pay out your withdrawal winnings.


Thanks again for looking into this issue for me & this case can now be officially closed.
