Casino gave 150.00 free chip.i wagered 7,500.00 and cashed out 125.00.I then had lots of loyalty poems I had like 10 spins on Small Soldiers at $4 a spin. I got like 60 bucks in the spins.wagerdy was around $1,600 and made that.cashed out 660.00 then I reversed the 125.00 and lost it.I feel I won't get a dime.I hope this is not the case.but I've had meny problems with this site in the past

I've dep a few times.But not alot.this was won on my comp points I had built up.I feel I should be aloud to get it since I made playthrough.But seems this site makes rules as you play.

Thank you, Ken, for your reply. I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):

"In order to qualify for subsequent bonuses, the player needs to make a minimum deposit of $20 between the last bonus credited to their casino account and the date of the next Promotion offer."

I'm afraid that if you redeemed Free Chip and Loyalty points without placing any real money deposit in between those two free bonuses, you won't be entitled to any winnings.
