I won 500.00 and it disappeared I went to players history and it showed nothing of me playing the game so I went back played 3 hands and checked history and that was there the casino took my money and wiped out the information. I won the slam dunk 500.00 on my first spin and continued playing it for a period of time and it shows nothing. Can a casino remove information and winnings? This should not be legal to do this I can't believe they have to abilities to do this.

Yes I contacted support immediately every game I played had been recorded except the slam dunk win. And yes it was deducting money and was feeling cold so I changed games.

Could you please advise how much was deducted for the bets you made in the game during the time the bets weren't recorded in the game history? What was your balance in the casino when you started the game session at 3:50 and what was your balance at 3:55?
