There was a pro.otion for 50 free spins on pot of gold after making a deposit. I made my deposit and played it out . I then went to the game pot of gold to recieve my 50 free spins and they were not offered. I then contacted agent and twice was ignored about my question and the third time I did finally speak to agent and they denied my 50 spins, this is no way to treat a new depositing customer

I deposited $40. I have never deposited at this casino before. After using my deposit my free spins was not activated. I contacted customer support via chat and was advised because I had already spent my deposit I could not receive the free spins
