The player's withdrawal has been delayed even thou it's not his first withdrawal request in the casino. Eventually, the player received his withdrawal and the complaint is solved.
On the 6/30/2021 i made a withdrawal of 100 euro which was completed within 24 hrs all good then on the 05/07/2021 i made a withdrawal of 200 euro the same way as the 1st withdrawal but is still pending today on 16/07/2021

Is your account verified or did you process your first withdrawal without it? Was your first withdrawal generated with bonus money and the 200€ too?
It might be possible that if you generated your current winnings from no deposit bonus that this rule will apply:
"7.27 - Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal from a free bonus is EUR 100, USD 100, CAD 100,NOK 1000 or the equivalent in any other currency."
In this case it might take longer for the withdrawal to be processed as the casino need to check your bonus gameplay and reduce your winnings as the winnings are limited with bonus money.

No go into my account and there is still 200 euro pending my 1st withdrawal was paid of 100 euro not my 2nd withdrawal its still pending !!!
Ok just been into my Goldwin account the 200 euro pending now says successful so just waiting for it to hit my bank.
