The player's account got blocked after depositing into the casino. We ended up rejecting the complaint because the casino provided evidence supporting its claims.
On 6th of January, ggbet.com blocked my account after making a deposit of 450 usd, and they refused to refund my balance. This is pure scam. They simply defrauded me!!!!

No, my account was not verified. They informed me that they have to request documents first, before i submit, and they never did. This was not my first deposit, i had been playing before. They blocked my account on 6th January. Last i spoke to them was after they had blocked the account, to tell them to give me my funds, and they refused to refund.

Did you forward them the documents required for the verification? If you did not, please do it as soon as possible. It is common that the casino blocks the player account until the verification process is finished.
I said they did not request any documents. When they blocked me,i asked them if they needed to do a verification, and they said no, that their decision was final, and they didn't require any verification. And they refused to refund my deposit.
