I have 2 pending withdrawals from GGBET, one that has been rejected over and over again since the 22nd June 2024. I made deposits via Visa only yet they have told me to withdraw using another payment method. I have opened a TON account and now withdrawals to this have been rejected too. Each time I am told to try and make another withdrawal. They promised payment processing within 5 banking days but they have not kept to their end of the deal. I am fully KYC verified on the site. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Withdrawal amounts are 3500sek and 1600sek.

Have you deposited any funds using alternative payment methods that you are now trying to use for withdrawing your winnings?

What error or notification do you see when your withdrawal request gets rejected? If you received any emails from the casino regarding this problem, please forward them to me at veronika.l@casino.guru.

Are there any pending withdrawal requests in your account currently?

Many thanks for your speedy reply, you're help is much appreciated. In answer to your questions -


I have only ever deposited through a Visa Debit card. The first withdrawal to this card worked but when the others began to be rejected the casino suggested I withdraw using a different method. I opened a TON crypto account and again the first withdrawal worked fine. But everything since then (15.06.24) has been rejected over and over again.


When the withdrawal is rejected it just comes up as rejected in my transactions tab on the casino website. I do not receive any emails stating the reason for the rejection, I have just had to contact the chat. I have a few screenshots of the transaction list I can send you via email.


I currently have 2 withdrawals pending, 3500.77 and 1603.47. The first has been rejected and a new withdrawal request was made yesterday. The second is a new request from the 7th July but to the TON account where previous withdrawals have also been rejected.

Could you please specify how many days it takes for your withdrawal request to get rejected? Usually, we recommend players wait up to 14 days for their withdrawals to be processed and paid out. Therefore, I need to know if there is a chance that your most recent withdrawal requests, which are currently pending, could still be rejected.
