The player from Germany is having difficulties receiving her funds. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I requested a withdrawal and that was on 4/5/2022.
It was withdrawn from the play money as normal, but not yet completed.
Contacted support and the reply was that they can't do anything about it because they have already done the right thing on their part and have forwarded it to the people responsible for payments.

Actually, I've withdrawn money several times before, and nothing like this has ever happened.
I will now wait until after Easter and if nothing happens then I will file a complaint accordingly.
