Hello. I was enjoying playing at this sportsbook/casino but sadly appeared some problems. After a long, looong time of being unlucky at slots I finally hit something big several times, unfortunately at this casino.


While I was happy that finally something came to return a portion of what was lost the last months, this casino use their plain terms and conditions as an excuse to avoid AND void all the player's balance.

I don't understand why since I have had no problems before depositing and withdrawing, but I believe if the player winnings reach a certain point, they just try to void the players balance.

And the amount I won from the bonus wagering is 3 times lower than their cap money conversion (3000 BRL).

Please, that is not the point. When I requested the withdraw (using the method I always use and always take minutes) they revoked all my balance and winnings, and claimed I breached t&c which I believe I didn't. I tried requesting more info but they always send the same thing, no details indeed. That is not a withdrawal problem, it's a casino that confiscate money when their customers win relativately "big", while months of losing will be there and I'm not ever complaining about that.

And my account is fully verified.


I had success some time ago wagering a bonus but the end result was 5 times smaller than this one, which was incredibly lucky. But why the previous ones weren't revoked or removed, while when I finally get a big one they conveniently take it away.


I love their sportsbook and I love slots too but this action was very disapointing.
