Regarding your payments that were cancelled. As you were informed, the payment service experienced technical difficulties with processing payments, which is why they were cancelled.
What we have at the moment:
1. Withdrawals in the amount of 1000.00 SEK and 200.00 SEK which were successful at the very beginning.
2. 18500.00 SEK, which was divided into several payments (5000x3, 3000, 500) - cancelled for technical reasons.
3. New unsuccessful attempt also for a total amount of 18500.
4. 15.06 you have created withdrawals for the amounts: 200.00 SEK, 200.00 SEK, 1500.00 SEK, 600.00 SEK, 2000.00 SEK (total 4500.00 SEK) - which have already been successfully completed.
5. There are three withdrawals left for the sums of 200.00 SEK, one for 5000.00 SEK and one for 3400.00 SEK. The processing time provided by the payment service is 5 working days. We kindly ask you to wait, hopefully, that you will receive all your payments within this week.
We apologise that you had to re-create the payments again and for any inconvenience caused.
