However, her 18,000 SEK withdrawal was rejected due to a technical issue, and repeated attempts failed for the same reason. Smaller withdrawals were still processed without issue. We intervened and communicated with the casino, which cited technical issues and recommended alternative payment methods. After multiple attempts and persistent follow-up, the player finally received her last pending payment. The issue was resolved.

I am struggling to get my winnings paid out from casino GG.Bet .

My first payout 1000sek. i received within 24 hours and second win 200 sek. also was no problem.

My next win was 18000sek. when hell began.

After one weak my withdrawal was rejected. Reason-technical issue and i should do another withdrawals request. And i did. But it was the same.

Today requested 200 sek. withdrawal and it was processed successfully but not the rest 18000sek.I sent maybe 20 emails and got the same answer that it's a technical problem and that they can't affect it.

I don't know what to do! Please help me!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Hej Petronela,

my account is fully verified and i have already received some payouts:

  1. I get my first payment on 30th/5-1000sek. and 2024-06-04/ 200sek
  2. Same day 2024-05-30 395sek.-rejected
  3. 2024-06-31- i won 18000 sek and made 4 withdrawals 5000kr.-5000kr-5000kr-3000kr.
  4. After one week 2024-06-07- was rejected.
  5. I made withdrawals again the same day 2024-06-07 för all 4, but they put them on 4 different dates like 07-08-09-10.
  6. And on 2024-06-15 they have been rejected again! I made withdrawals with different amounts like 1500sek-rejected ; 200sek-success
  7. I made a withdrawals again yesterday with different metod like "Bank transfer"-they was rejected.

I have all the information , screenshots and the emails conversations with support. It is the same problem that other players like Rocky, tm1025 and many others have described. I don´t understand how they can do that to players and get away with it.

I had to split my amount from the very beginning because the casino thought it would be better with the payout. That is why there are different dates and different amounts. When withdrawal was rejected and then after I requested again a new date was set.That is why there are so many withdrawals and different dates.

I used a different payment metod - bank transfer , but my withdraw was declined again and reason from casino-"Payment has been canceled without stating a reason". I contacted the bank and asked why withdrawals were not processed? There were no attempts or other activities on my account so they are just lying!

Yes it is true. I have received two payments using the bank transfer method. It's just them took a 20% fee on my 5000 sek. ...

It is very complicated with all the dates on withdrawals, rejects, applications again..... I requested a withdrawal yesterday and received after 5 min....but not from 15/6

So now I have 4 withdrawals due tomorrow and I requested them by bank transfer (which was successful) and by card.
