My acccount got blocked because me and my girlfriend had account from same ip and i didnt know it can get banned from that. They didnt let me withdraw my money, but that money was important to me. Im Fine if they will keep my account blocked but i beg you to let me withdraw my money pls.

Could you please advise who's account was created first? Were any of you verified? Did you both claim casino bonuses? Are both of your accounts blocked at the moment? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My was created first almost 3 years ago.

We had phone number verification. Thats all we needed to play, deposit, withdraw.

No we didnt have bonuses. I havent use bonuses for 2 years.

Yes both blocked. My gf even stopped playing eith that account 2 months ago. She made profit, but then just said that this really isnt her thing so she told me she stops.

I spoke to gg.bet yesterday asking why i was blocked.

Hello aatu,

Unfortunately, in case you were both using the same device, there is nothing we can do. If the issue would be IP related only, we would be able to assist you but as soon as you played from one device, there is basically impossible to prove whether you or your girlfriend played and it is a breach of casino terms that way.

Please keep in mind that almost non of online casinos allow to play from the same device neither claim bonuses from the same household. In most cases, casinos does not even allow players from same IP.

I'm sorry we could not help but as there was a clear breach of casino terms, they had right to void any balance and close both accounts.
