Won over $70000.00! In 3 or 4 different withdrawal attempts . Two via Bitcoin. Two via PayPal. Been over two weeks. No chat available ever. Sent an email. And some person. Using a woman's name. Replies after a couple days. Saying they're experiencing a lotta withdraws. But, I can deposit $30 more dollars. Yeah , another deposit. They require a $50 deposit. Before you can withdraw anything! They say to verify your account. But, it's all a scam to take money. With no intentions on paying out anything! So, deposit$30 more. And I become a silver member and my money will be sent right away! So, they or him or her. Stole $50 bucks. From me. I don't expect any winnings. But, I want my #@#$&# $50 bucks!....Sorry ,asses! Should be shot!

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Verified on Jan. 26th...first withdraw attempt. Was with their bonus money. Second time and all after were my deposit money ...last spoke Feb 2 about withdrawal.

Unfortunately, I am afraid that we wouldn't be able to help anyway since this casino has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" and we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Gamblemax Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Gamblemax Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
