The player from Arizona had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting her complaint. The payment hadn't been processed. The player had been asked to deposit additional funds to upgrade her account status, which she didn't do, and her withdrawal remained pending. Despite multiple attempts to contact the casino for resolution, there had been no response. The casino was operating without a valid license, leaving no gaming authority to appeal to. No payment yet like other complaints. Was told to deposit 50$ which gives you a bonus of 100% match on the deposit, then told to meet play through of 2500.00$ which I did then cashed out ! Was told after acouple days the I could deposit 30$ to get withdrawal within 5-30 mins because so many people withdrawing funds. Said that seemed odd so would wait . Now getting no response . Aren't there regulations for casinos to run ? Setup and take money ? It states in there terms that they follow all (haha) regulations issued by gaming authorities.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No, was told to deposit 30$ to have my status change to the silver and my position to withdraw would be within 5 to 30 mins. Was told there were a lot of people who were withdrawing so it was going to take a very long time. I said I would wait but was very concerned that this might be a scam .

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

No withdrawals from this place. Wasn't told to submit any information or paper work . I had got a 38$ chip to play after registration. Had gotten it well beyond cash out limit . So went to withdraw winning and was told to deposit 50$ to activate account to be able to withdrawal. I deposited the $50 and it automatically gave a 100% which then gave me a $ play through of $2500. I continued to play to reach play through and then once it got to $15231.00 and stopped and cashed out my balance. I asked customer support about the time and how my withdrawal was going a day later and they said I could deposit $30 to up my status to silver and my withdrawal would be done that day within 5 to 30 mins . I didn't do that $30 deposit and have been waiting and asking about my withdrawal everyday sometimes two or three times each day and am told there are a lot of people withdrawing and it will take a long time . Told me to deposit to up my status to silver and I could get my whole withdrawal within 5 - 30 mins. I asked if I cancelled my withdrawal and took a smaller withdrawal instead would it change my wait time . She said no it would make me wait even longer. Still today I am told there are a lot of withdrawals and no information from me is needed other than my profile info. It's still pending.

Unfortunately, I haven't had any returns to my asking for status on my withdrawal. Customer support is never available. So it goes unanswered. I will make screen shots when I do my next time I ask . Still my status says pending.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 


I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 


I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
