Lot of slots is scripted and also very buggy. All site seems to be made for scamming.

Could you please describe a little bit more specific what the issue is, as we can't build any case based on your description. What seems to be scammy? Was there any issue with a payout or why did you put the amount of 200€ into the complaint?

Please note, that if it's only slots related bug issue, it might be just because of connetion issues on the player's site or game provider issue - which the casino can't deal with anyway.

I was playing in mobile version.

But there is errors on lot of games. They just throw me out of game to login in screen. There is only 2 of errors that I decided to screen in last playing session. The amount of 200€ is because I lost that sum, I believe because of these errors occurred

Dear Martins777,

Is there any way to prove that the money was lost because of those errors? As long as it isn't somehow provable, we always assume that even if the game would work well, it might have been a losing bet. Unfortunately in cases like these the best solution is to play only the games which are working fine for you (as some games might be buggy for some contries), or in case you do not own any high amount balance in the casino, you can always move on to a different casino where the games are working properly. As we haven't received any other complaint on Fresh Casino regarding game errors, we must assume that the issue might be caused on the player's side.

Most often a malfunction will occur because of a lost internet connection or one that drops in and out. In other casinos these errors doesn't occure. And games that is not available in fresh casino is available in more trustable casinos that exist already 5+ years. So in overall these tehnical errors only pops up in fresh casino. I played there enough time to see the difference. And i believe that isn't Internet connection problem.

In that case, as Nick mentioned earlier, we suppose that errors happened on your side. There may be a dozen of reasons why errors could occur, some of them I mentioned above, and we can't overview them all, unfortunately. But again, errors cannot affect the overall financial result of your run in the casino. All your gaming sessions are processed correctly which means that you got the actual result determined by the provider's RNG.

Well I don't know what are you fixing there but today every second slot and provider showed errors filefilefilefile

And if taking about scripts, look at this only available play&go game (in respectable casinos there is no available play&go games for my country). There you can see that it even doesn't redirect to official play&go site it's launched from some scripted fresh casino page file

Most likely, they can be fixed after changing your device or browser. I have described earlier all recommendations regarding errors occurring. There are no other solutions at the moment, unfortunately.


Indeed, Play'n GO provider is prohibited in your country. As I can see, there is only one game "The Sword and the Grail" that is available in your country, I will definitely check this out. URL, which you may see in the address bar doesn't mean that the game is located on fresh.casino's server. The actual HTTP requests go to the provider's server. You can find this proof in the desktop browsers by going to DevTools (press F12, then go to "Network", then "All"). There are a lot of various requests going to Play'n GO side. I am attaching a screenshot, which confirms that.

So why does these errors appear only on fresh casino? With others there is no problem.

As I can see that this rating at casino guru is just bought. If this rating was based on real player reviews it would be only half of this.

As mentioned before, if you are really experiencing the issues only with Fresh casino, so why do you play there? There is plenty other casinos suitable for you without any errors occuring. Unfortunately we can't lower the rating of the casino only based on one player's complaint about games availability as no one else is experiencing it. The complaint will rejected if there is no other issue we can assist you with.

So casino rating is made only of casino guru moderators choise. Rating is not based on real player reviews. As it is with for example Vulkan Vegas casino I seen here, rating is shown very good but player reviews show very bad rates.

For me fresh casino doesn't exist no more.

Reviews based on player's are never coresponding to reality as most of player do not even know what rules the casino have or what should they look at. They are complaining after 2 days if they do not get their withdrawal which is somehow impossible for first withdrawal or they just complaining about anything they don't like.
