I contacted the live chat and also checked the Terms & Conditions for No Deposit Bonus and it says "In case of receiving a no deposit bonus for registration, withdrawal of the redeemed bonus funds is possible only after making a deposit equal to the amount of the redeemed bonus funds on the balance sheet at the time of the request for payment, but not less than 1,000 ₽, and five-time wagering of the deposit made." It means that if winnings at the time of withdrawal request were in your case 110 EUR and you deposited 10 EUR, you still need to deposit another 100 EUR and wager it 5 times.
