Thank you for this very useful information. The fact that this company is not a reputable company can be seen from the behavior and the distorted terms and conditions. I think it is about time that these people were put to the test I also don't know why the providers work together with such criminals!!!!

Yes I've been emailing them and usually recieve atleast 1 response a day but nothing in the last 24 hrs maybe because it's the weekend. I just don't get it I used the documents as verification at this casino and every other casino I play at they said my online bank statement doesn't count for proof of address because it's an online bank, everywhere else it is accepted. I've been in touch they approved my I'd Not the proof of address so I sent my bank statement again because this time in the details it said bank statement could be used for proof of address. Last time it said (not online ) so we will see I have no utilities in by name and my phone bill is still under my last address and wont update for 2 more billing cycles for some stupid reason hoping for the best however on the plus side I tried mega casino that's highly rated on here and had crazy luck deposited 50 and won $11000 hopefully there's no problems with them
