Why do I have all old versions of the website????
The link turned up first when I searched 1668/JAZ . ( Brave Browser using Brave search). The site lists Curaco licence numbers and the casinos that use it. Viggoslots is not listed under 1668/JAZ but scrolling down I found it under licence number 8048/JAZ. It doesn't matter in the end because according to the site the master license holder supervises the casinos or compensates players if they are scammed

This won't help you getting your money back @simplyme, it just shows that the licence situation at Viggoslots and Mountberg is more than clear. Probably done so on purpose. I am sorry about this but as you said yourself, you probably won't get your money back.

Why a license? Because when players read the casino has a license, players think the casino is legal. Nobody asks what the conditions have to be fulfilled to get the license. Just like people think a product is good because it has a lot of 5 star reviews. Nobody checks whether the reviews have been bought.
What kind of authority is supposed to control that? The International Monetary Fund? Countries might be able to stop access, but then the outcry is great again. deprivation of liberty, censorship and such. The only thing you can do is warn others on forums like this

Let's say that it's super cheap to buy a Curacao license compared to other jurisdictions.
Yesterday, I went through this website and must admit that it explains a lot.
In general, opinions about those sub-licenses vary a lot and some people are sure that holding a Curacao license has no positive effect on player claims when it comes to complaints.

They will keep that up as long as authorities are behind with doing something about it. This is nothing new. When social media was on the rise it was used by pedophiles to get in contact with kids. Parents panicked, authorities didn't have a clue how to react. It was mostly the kids that showed their parents or teachers how to protect their Facebook profiles not the other way around.
Authorities everywhere now put in new legislation to get a hold on money laundering using crypto currencies. Anonymous transactions going in and out the EU are being outlawed soon .Banks refuse transactions if it's not clear where they come from and so on. But only recently. The last 6 years bitcoin was the best option to get your dirty money transferred into a legal investment.
And look at what happens right now in Germany. The GGL is not shutting down the casinos site if they operate illegal, nope they block the players IP address from accessing the site.

Honestly, I would wait for the complaint to develop further. I can understand that you feel cheated, but I will wait for the conclusion.
I found this. Online casino city is not a forum or reviews they more a Wikipedia just for gambling. The site can be a bit difficult to navigate at times but its a great resource. They list any casino online or landbased , including who owns it , what license do they hold, and so on. If you dig deep enough you will find information what regulations are in place worldwide ,what local authority deals with it including names and so on. Anyways the link gives a short overview to Curacao licensing. There are basically 2 kinds. A master license or a sublime license which covers only a certain part of the master license. At least that explains why so many casinos have the same license numbers.
The second link is from a Curacao based company with the dull name FastOffshore. It's who you call if you need a offshore company. They got all the tools And they are the ones that setup those sublime licenses.
