Hi Guys. I just want to give some experiences ive had witht the casino. The sports on there i cant fault. Very good for betting. Deposits seem straight forward and withdrawals have seemed ok at times. The casino i would say be very careful with bonuses. Specially the ones they give as gesture of goodwill. They do not send any terms and conditions regard the bonus so you think you are playing with the money and its yours. This is the cashback mainly. So after being given a 100 cash back bonus from vip i used this and winning well throughout the day with different bets. It then comes to withdrawal i do £1000. They reject this and take 500 off me for the bonus rules. I asked for terms and conditions to be sent as i was never given these and they said they cannot due to being a special bonus. In my eyes this is wrong. Terms and conditions should always be stated and in this case it definitly wasnt. So speaking with live chat they really cant do nothing. To be honest there answers to most things are very generic and most of the time you dont get nowhere. Ive raised a complaint to compliance manger but again the time taken to get a response is awful. Im actually unsure whether this person exists as a very basic reponse normally comes back from them. Another thing they heavily advertise promotions for like the velobet vip loyalty cashback promotion. They ask you to go to live chat support to claim it and they dont even know the bonus. And then they say you dont qualify. Its unreal after spend 1000s as you think you will get this bonus it dont happen. I will update how long it takes for the manager to come back to me.

So below is the email i have recieved from compliance manager just now. They have sent something over in regards to a refund terms and conditionns which was not what i was the point. When they added 100 to my balance i thought that it was generous and could just be used. Not anywhere was i sent and terms to this.

I was allowed to withdraw the £500 but i had £1000. I would not of tried to make this withdrawal at this point if I knew the terms. This is what is fustrating. Im again awaiting to see if compliance manager would do the right thing and see where the mostake is on there side and offer the £500 to me
