Never experience something like that before.
Tried to close my account with them but the chat refused to and offered my like 10 offers - 50€ for free, a bunch of 100% bonus.
It's still open after my 5th request to close it.

One of the worst experiences.
Support has not answered e-mails/requests straight for 2 weeks.
Chat is only stating that they can't do something about their financial department. Waiting for payment is horror- for days even weeks. Also, it seems like they know about the "issue". So be cautious playing with them - winnings won't be paid.

They are offering free games that are simply not showing up in the bonus section of the profile and can't be used. Also the support is not communicating correctly and is trying to procrastinate.
Games are crashing (4theplayers), and the site is buggy.
Was not really a pleasure playing there.
