One of the worst experiences. Support has not answered e-mails/requests straight for 2 weeks. Chat is only stating that they can't do something about their financial department. Waiting for payment is horror- for days even weeks. Also, it seems like they know about the "issue". So be cautious playing with them - winnings won't be paid.

Withdrawal not processed by this casino. Live chat support also doesn't help. On the contrary, they are told to us connect the finance team through email. They said that they cannot contact ourselves. You just have to wait and there is no time frame. And there is no response even on email.
