They have done exactly the same to me! It has ruined me! There should be channels to report this behaviour to the government in there country! There has to be change in this type of gaming industry.

Yes velobet I have an open complaint with on casino guru but doubt they would help to be fair. I’m trying to reclaim deposits but I paid through payop on a lot.

I think the casinos mystake, velobet, cosmobet and donbet should be black listed on casino guru they are using false descriptors to take payments which is money laundering…. How casino guru rate them I don’t know. Also they allow multiple accounts after I said I have a serious gambling problem and I blocked the first one they allowed me to reopen a new one using the same details and verified it again.
Hmm, what would be the problem here ? I don't mean to be rude but maybe I'm just missing the point. I don't feel like the casino has to say when something like this happens that you deposit into the casino. As far as any responsible options, do they have any where you could limit it ? Or did you try to check before you deposited ?

Ah, so I see what your problem is, and as a gambling addict you managed to open another account, which is quite an unfortunate situation.

However, did you use all the same personal information in another account ? Did the casino find out that you opened another account or not ?

I used all the same personal details just a different email address but name / dob/ payment method / address all the same.
it was only when I spent all my money and I alerted them to this secondary account they closed it.
How would I get my money back then as payop shut my complaint and don’t wanna know, casino are the same? And if I called the bank what would I even say?
If you check your bank statement you should be able to see a sort code and account number of where payop processed your money to. If you can’t see it from your statement then ask your bank directly for the details.
It will be a UK Bank so you contact them directly and explain that they have accepted payments from a gambling company which in 99% of cases will be against their own T&Cs. Once you have the sort code of where you money went to you can do a sort code search online and it will tell you the name and contact details of the bank
Yes but this doesn’t help me in reclaiming the money does it as it’s gone to "velobet" so why would they return funds ?
