I don't know if you can send a PM on this platform, that would be easy.
However, I suggest you contact Gaming Curacao for your complaint as back then the casino was holding their license with them when you submitted your complaint. Or contact the SBGOK which does help duped players from rogue/unfair casinos and bring them in court in Curacao.
Sad to see that they are lying about your case, but it does say a lot about the casino.
But since they lost their license you already know what kind of casino you are dealing with probably. You might also want to contact SBGOK for help as Casino Guru can not sanction casinos but only give black points which affect the casino score on here.
If I may step inside, I would recommend submitting a complaint. the casino representative seems to be somehow active, thus, I would take this free-of-charge step as a solid first attempt.
I hope you will get involved.

I browsed the complaint, and considering Heybets as a fresh casino, it is a huge mistake to keep going like this, I'd say. I mean, sure, the casino has the right to investigate when there is a good reason for that. But from the lengthy conversation, I truly understand why you are quite convinced the casino aims to prolong things unnecessarily. I also hope you can provide the full conversation because it seems pretty weird the casino claimed
"As I can see we are waiting for a further step as a security measure.
We are waiting for a selfie picture + current date and ID to verify."
After a month or so?
That's heavy. Well, let's see what comes next. Hopefully, this all ends quite soon!
It is likely to go for legal action since they made several mistakes and keep ignoring me, and since the Complaints team of Casino Guru can not discuss on the legal part of my complaint bringing it to court could be a last resort to retrieve my funds back with a compensation claim too.
But as you can imagine lawsuits always take a lot of time and effort before getting a ruling, so it is preferred to solve this issue here on Casino Guru as that would save both of us time and energy.
Since they lack responding on my complaint here so far I already sent them another mail, but given their track record it is unlikely they will respond to it.
Thats very unfortunately since that would make the interaction better and give players a safe space to communicate with each other.
Radka it is a great idea to add to the Casino Guru platform 😉
Take into account that i provided that infromation a month ago. Now they are asking for source of funds. I made despoit using crypto, and it was about 120$. So what do they want from me? It is my personal saving from cpyto trading and casino playing? What should i send them? I think they are doing it intentionally.

Hmm, yes I think it's true that the casino will probably end up not responding to your complaint in the end, but let's be surprised, because it still has some time. However, I have seen that they have responded to your complaint in the past, so I'm a bit sorry that they won't do so now. So we'll see how it goes and if you get a reply to your email or find out any new information, let us know. Fingers crossed. 🤞

It all seems unnecessarily long and strange to me too, but our team is trying to do everything we can to help you and get things sorted out fairly. We'll see where it goes in the end.
But have you given the casino what they want from you? I think that if you say that it is from your savings, you will be able to defend it and on the other hand I think that it is a useless question because I have a feeling that this amount of money would not be necessary for the casino to even consider.
Let us know.
Hi, I have already contacted Gaming Curacao 1 1/2 month ago. Probably was one of the complaints that helped the suspension of heybets license I hope to believe. There is no pm function. Do you have an email, WhatsApp or telegram to contact you at?
I back this. They will have to improve their support alot. Not seen my withdrawal for 3 months. Not heard from them for 4 weeks.
It is unlikely since I do believe we are dealing with a rogue casino.
I started a new chat through their website earlier this week. After Selena responded on my first message asking how she can help me she started to ignore me (I can see Read on the chat but no response).
Can't wait to see my complaint getting closed again as unresolved to forward it to Gaming Curacao to step in or go for legal action if needed. Casinos like these should be banned as they only dupe players.
