Hello,

I've been waiting for my payout for about 5 days and haven't received a normal response yet.   • Our Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals are instant and usually processed within seconds. ⚡️
  • € We now also offer Fiat Deposits & Withdrawals for selected countries. Deposits are instant but withdrawals can take up to 2-3 working days in a few cases. Withdrawals are also instant if your bank supports SEPA Instant Transfers but if not then it can take up to 2-3 days.


In your case you have requested your withdrawal of 571.16€ on Thursday, May 4th. We have approved it on Friday, May 5th and on Monday, May 8th you have received it I believe. So the delay was mostly due to having a weekend between and a bank holiday.
