Hm, this is quite unusual rule. There's a common rule that max. bet can't be higher than 5 eur while playing with bonus. But not being able to bet over 10% while you play with 5 eur bonus is strange. It means you can't bet more than 50cents per spin.

It's actually extremely expensive to find and persuade a player to make a deposit. Some casinos are actually willing to pay around 300USD for such a player depending on the player's country of residence (there are affiliates that don't get paid a commission from what a player loses, but they get paid whenever a player makes a deposit)

So yes, it still makes sense for the casino to send freebies to your friends that never made a deposit. They try to lure them to make a deposit 🙂

I had the same experience as you and completely the same answer.

I won 300 euros after bonus playing on 40c asked then for withdrawal of 100 and left the rest on account. Only after that I played for fun with rest on higher bet cause I never expected they will cash out. So player with 40 c and asked for withdrawal i didnt brate any rule at that time and still they refused payout and voided money... before that a week before I won 300 and they didnt even allowed that. this debate was about newbies bonuses - the tool to make players deposit. What you described sounds like you did not end some bonus regularly (according to terms probably) and then violated the max bet rule. However, I'm, not sure I understood correctly, so I'm just guessing at the moment.

Hi folks. I deposited 3-4 hundred with Boo Casino using their bonuses & won $1,500 dollars. I attempted to take out $1,350 & was sent to verification & slowly processed my details. Finally I was approved to withdraw but they only gave me a max of $500 because I had used bonus cash. Now the remaining winnings have disappeared from my account & even if they return the $850 I am stuck because the $500 was all I am allowed to withdraw. If I get the $850 back into my account & play then what? I can't withdraw so basically I just play out those winnings until I lose it all. What if I win more? I was discussing through email but now have been 100% shifted to live chat only. I am not sure what to do here. I guess I just lose the remaining $850 that they will not let me withdraw? Did you read the bonus T&C's? Here is the first paragraph from the Bonus rules of the German version of the casino.

"The bonus will be credited to your account balance as a "virtual balance". The bonus can only be used for wagering on the games and will be automatically cleared when you request a withdrawal"
