I have 2 separate approved withdrawals ($1000 & $501 CAD). The first withdrawal was approved and processed 12 days ago and I still haven’t received my money. The payments dept. does not respond to email inquiries and LiveChat explains they do not handle withdrawals, then give lame excuses, and then rudely close the chat on you.
I’m still waiting for my withdrawals but like other complaints on here, I believe it will be an enormous struggle to see my money.
