Beem Casino I liken to the nice old lady who owns that lovely Candy House in the Story of Hansel and Gretel.

To be blunt: THIS CASINO MUST BE BLACKLISTED!

The site is a honeypot purely to take players money with its generous bonuses, elaborate bonus system and dazzling original graphics and sounds.

Support is very good most of the times. Very dedicated and generous when I needed a NO DEPOSIT BONUS.
After dozens of deposits worth thousands, I finally made a $7500 withdrawal. I left back $1500 to continue gambling and made another $9500 withdrawal.

From then on, its as if someone had pulled the plug to support. They stonewalled me! No replies not even to drag verification!... NOTHING FROM THEM... They've all been assassinated?!

And meanwhile all the bonuses I collected...None of them work!? They were all duds?!

Two weeks later... Still nothing. Then suddenly I got some replies...

They replied to any question But questions regarding my withdrawals... Its as if they never received those withdrawal questions I asked!... That is: there was total ignorance on my withdrawals totalling approx $17k!

I knew then they had NO INTENTION to pay any significant wins in the first place!

Won $50? $200?... Sure! They probably pay you real quick!...But win thousands? You wont walk away with it.. not from my experience there anyway....

Ive deposited at over 30casinos and have had hard times trying to withdraw from many of them.

Even highly rated BITSTARZ, Staycasino and RICHCASINO did some unethical things to delay verification...

But in the end they pay if I dont get frustrated and play it all...

Stay away everyone, it's a scam! There are over 1000 cases around the internet with people trying to withdraw their winnings but the casino chat stalls them with excuses and lies over long periods of time and finally banning the accounts with no explanation(same for me). Please do not fall for purchased positive reviews of this casino. I've been waiting for a withdrawal of €22000 for almost 4 months and now my account has been blocked because they can't or don't want to withdraw me. At first glance i was really pleased with the casino - nice design, very generous bonus offers (almost every day - sadly only with a Max Payout of x10) and support was also very friendly. The things I didn't like were that Play'n'go slots for Europe can't be played and that you can't make a withdrawal with Trustly.

If that would be all i would rate this casino 4-5 stars, but sadly the problems start when trying to make a withdrawal. There is a queue for your requests in order to be processed (if you make another request you land at the end of the queue again - happened to me..) The support which isn't always online, but if you reach them is still very friendly told me:

First reason: due to the high number of requests, withdrawal will be delayed

after a week without process
Second reason: due to new regulations regarding bank transfers in the EU processing takes 10x more time but should be done in a few days..

after one more week of waiting the third reason:
"our founds for players cashout via bank transfer are stuck"

The last reason now got me really worried if I will ever see my money, which is why I wouldn't recommend depositing in this casino, at least at this moment in time.

If anything changes I will update this post.

This casino has great potential, sadly the withdrawal practices makes it unplayable for me..

According to the live chat, Beemcasino has problems accessing their funds in the bank. Because of the current situation in Europe at the moment.

The support told me it takes 1-3 business days for the verification to be processed and another 24 hours for the payout.

I haven't experienced that the verification takes so long until now, it's been almost a week now.

I made a payment on March 9th, on request, they wrote to me that anything else was needed, I also uploaded it. Now you get no more answer from the support. Put a lot of money in there and I just want to get my 400 euros. And the topic with this casino is then closed.

Beem won't send my withdrawals and has left them in 'Pending' status for weeks. Customer service just stalls you. A few days ago, during a conversation with customer service, the first two requested withdrawals were simply canceled for no reason. Great design and I was actually hoping for a lot more. Deposited 100 euros today and tried several times to redeem a bonus, but it didn't work. Then on demand. Attention at this casino !!!
I've been waiting for my money for 3 months, which was paid out slowly and not completely. The casino works absolutely unprofessionally and wastes time wherever possible.

Any evidence on my part is in the Complaint that I filed and was ultimately closed as Unresolved.
The casino still owes me €1500 which I am now legally suing. Any casino can be held liable, important is only the location lawsuit.
