Received a bonus on deposit. The first game I play is of some kind of "coin" structure. It is completely illogical to understand how much I bet and therefore happen to bet 20 € a few spins before I get a minor heart attack.
Succeeds in some way to turn the entire bonus into spins of 2-5 € and has close to 5000 €. At the first withdrawal, I receive a message stating that I have "violated the terms and therefore my entire balance has been removed"
Then apparently the Max limit for spins was 5 €. I also do not get my original deposit back. And the support is among the most unpleasant and unhelpful I have been through. Screaming scam of the whole casino.

Working according to the Telekom principle: I am not responsible for that, ask here, ask there, no answers. Of course, deposits work without any problems.
