So I chatted with Boo Casino & I am forced to forfeit my remaining $850 because I withdrew the $500. They also sent me a email saying I was not eligible for any further email promotions or site promotions. I feel ripped off & will stay away from online casinos now. Thanks for replies I appreciate those who took a minute to explain to me.

Those are the bonus rules and you can't do anything about it.

Honestly, most bonuses are not so "juicy" if you consider all those associated rules. Sadly, the best no deposit bonuses are only available for new players as a welcome bonus so you can claim it only once. If I may guess, I'd assume that the email you mentioned referred to this fact.

Hey...Thanks for response I appreciate it. It was a get %100 bonus with deposit. Sure hurts losing 850$ that I thought I'd won but glad they at least paid out the $500. Live & learn apparently but I am off online casinos for good now. I will go to local casino if I feel the urge to gamble. I just wish they had said in chat when I was asking about withdrawal all the rules I needed to know so I could have at least played out the final money. Hope you have a great day!
