I entered a game of Mina that was not specified in the terms and conditions of the site as prohibited, I played there AND I hit the bonus goal, I requested the withdrawal and I was asked to send the requested documents, I sent it and then the attendant asked for me to make the minimum deposit to proceed with the withdrawal.. I made the deposit, and after about 3 hours of waiting, I received an email that my withdrawal was invalid and all winnings were deleted from my account! I contacted evolution and passed the bet id information and they informed me that the winnings were transferred to boo casino. a game that is banned!

It's hit and miss, the first 3 people I have dealt with were pretty amazing , even spoke to the manager who was a great guy. After depositing about 20 times between here and their 2 sister sites, bcasino, and galaxyno. With zero mention of kyc or anywhere to upload it. I finally win $200 and request a withdrawal thru same method I deposited. They hit me with kyc, totally understandable but I lost my ID , i'm waiting on a new one in the mail it will be a week or so most likely for the government to issue a new one and send it out. So I go to support just to ask for well....support. I just wanted to ask if there is any other method to verify in the meantime, I have 3 or 4 other forms of ID issued from the government or branches of, but none have photo. Statements from multiple bank accounts, including the one I used to deposit. Tax returns, pay stubs. If your so hung up on specific Identification to verify request it upon sign up or deposit. I have no issue with Identification verification. But this is not the way to do it. I don't believe they even have a way to upload until you are cashing out and they spring it on you. So I asked him if these other forms of ID be sufficient for now, I figured it's worth a shot, the guy copy's and pastes the same thing I got in my email. And threatens to ban me for using the word "dang" , before he proceeds to essentially hang up on me. Apparently for saying , "I don't know where you guys hide the 'dang' identification upload button." Is vulgar and abbusive. Wow, I understand the main issue is me not having my ID atm. But is this the proper order to do things? I deposit my own money about 20 times no problem ask for a some back and you can't answer a couple questions.
