    It's hit and miss, the first 3 people I have dealt with were pretty amazing , even spoke to the manager who was a great guy. I have no issue with Identification verification. But this is not the way to do it. I don't believe they even have a way to upload until you are cashing out and they spring it on you. So I asked him if these other forms of ID be sufficient for now, I figured it's worth a shot, the guy copy's and pastes the same thing I got in my email. And threatens to ban me for using the word "dang" , before he proceeds to essentially hang up on me. Apparently for saying , "I don't know where you guys hide the 'dang' identification upload button." Is vulgar and abbusive. Wow, I understand the main issue is me not having my ID atm. But is this the proper order to do things? I deposit my own money about 20 times no problem ask for a some back and you can't answer a couple questions.

    we have a whatsapp group, I commented that I had received a free bonus on BCASINO, website of the same operator as BCASINO and GALAXYNO. My friends promptly went to check it out, and they had also received it.



    As I received the offer by email, I went straight to BCASINO. I played the bonus and that's it. They went to check on the other sites, and they had received it too.



    They have never deposited a cent on the sites, I regularly participate in the deposit bonus promotions they offer at all three casinos and I get nothing.



    I went to question them, and now draw your own conclusions. If you start to deposit, in their minds the mission is accomplished, another customer won, we don't need to do anything else but offer these bonuses with rollovers and SUBSTANTIALLY unfair conditions to the player that everything is fine.

    I just open an account with them and it looks very good. I mean i never get so many big wins in such a short time after i register on this website.
