Hello, I have 2 withdrawal requests currently stuck on pending (Both UDST as the same as my deposit method). This is my first time withdrawing from Fezbet.


The first withdrawal was 27th November 2024 for $800 AUD.


The second withdrawal request was the 28th November for $500.


I won with real money and used no bonuses or have any active. I am aware it won’t be 14th day until tomorrow, but I highly doubt I will receive it within the next day.


I have contacted live support multiple times, including today and they just tell me to be "more patient". I have no verifications requested and I even asked if I I needed to verify anything, which I do not.


I have uploaded screenshot of the withdrawal requests and my latest conversation today with chat support.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
