Hi,


I requested the withdrawal of 78.79 euros. It's been more than ten days, and my withdrawal is still pending. So, I reached out to casino support, and they asked me to upload some documents for verification. After two days, they disabled my account and informed me that my withdrawal was pending. However, it's been many days, and my withdrawal is still pending. They give me the same reply every time ("We have transferred your requested withdrawal to our financial department").


Please help me, CasinoGuru.

  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Thank you so much for paying attention to this matter.

Yes, my account has been verified, and when my verification done they disabled my account.

I use real money.

I spoke on 29/10/2024 with casino and it was about my withdrawal, they told me that our financial department is verifying once they complete we will proceed your payment but it's been more then 10 dyas.
