I requested the withdrawal of 78.79 euros. It's been more than ten days, and my withdrawal is still pending. So, I reached out to casino support, and they asked me to upload some documents for verification. After two days, they disabled my account and informed me that my withdrawal was pending. However, it's been many days, and my withdrawal is still pending. They give me the same reply every time ("We have transferred your requested withdrawal to our financial department").
