The player from Ghana is dissatisfied with the verification process and casino’s services. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
In fact fairspin casino is the worst and a rip off because they are asking for KYC before one can withdraw their hard earned money they have won on their site but they do not ask for KYC when you are opening an account or before you deposit. Guys stay away from fairspin because its a big scam. I believe that the crypto community respects anonymity but fairspin casino will let you use cryptocurrency to do the deposit without any verification or KYC but when its comes to withdrawing your winnings back to your same Bitcoin wallet they will ask for a hell lot of documents and selfie before you can do so and I see this as a rip off because the crypto community believes and trust in anonymity. Stay away from fairspin because they are scammers.

Please understand, that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. Each casino is unique and requires different documents from players at different times. It isn’t anything unusual, that the casino requires identity verification before a withdrawal.
Also, I would like to point out, this casino is indeed a cryptocasino, but it is not an anonymous casino, therefore, you must go through this process in order to receive your winnings.

I would recommend you to fully cooperate with the casino and provide all the necessary documents (in sufficient quality) as soon as possible.
