I have been waiting weeks for this and when I reach a representative in the chat I'm told to reach out to David and I haven't spoken to David in 4 weeks

Some days they don't even answer me

People be careful here they live deposits from us but cashing out is a nightmare

Hello yes I am fully verified and I waited so long I reversed my $520 and carma was on my side so now I won a lot more and now will start all over waiting again .

It’s quite usual for a withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. We advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals.

Yes will wait thanks and appreciate everything I had put in the complaint because the original $520

was taking 5 weeks and then I reversed it so won more off doing that.

Hello so they now told me that my max cash out was $520 only even though a representative told me if I reversed the original $520 it was all cash

I was told I would get my $520 this week and I'm okay with it just won't take any promos from them anymore

Bi no I have not I have spoken to a Hames and a Lisa and they give me the run around all the time .

I was told my 3000 was an error since my max cash out in the 1st winnings was 520 and I was told in error I could not reverse it and win more money .

I know that was not the case since I asked before doing the reverse and was told it was all cash.

I really don't care at this point and I lost the winning and when I was at 520 was told by Lisa I would get paid in a day or two

It has now been 3 weeks and they avoid me in chat .

What horrible casino and bad management I will never play in that site again

Hello just so you know I was paid my original $520 and since they are not honest and once again was told conflicting info I won't play here again and definitely don't recommend the heada

Can't believe I had $3000 from a reversed win and was told I could reverse it, then when I won was told I could not

Stat away players
