was taking 5 weeks and then I reversed it so won more off doing that.

Hello so they now told me that my max cash out was $520 only even though a representative told me if I reversed the original $520 it was all cash
I was told I would get my $520 this week and I'm okay with it just won't take any promos from them anymore

Bi no I have not I have spoken to a Hames and a Lisa and they give me the run around all the time .
I was told my 3000 was an error since my max cash out in the 1st winnings was 520 and I was told in error I could not reverse it and win more money .
I know that was not the case since I asked before doing the reverse and was told it was all cash.
I really don't care at this point and I lost the winning and when I was at 520 was told by Lisa I would get paid in a day or two
It has now been 3 weeks and they avoid me in chat .
What horrible casino and bad management I will never play in that site again
