I've been playing in this casino for a long time and since last week a higher payout of 250 euros (legacy of dead) around 300 euros deposit in at least 5 of the playngo games a continuous loss is the only thing you have when playing. There was no RTP over 30% in a number of sessions and no single wins, no free spins.
So after several requests to inspect my data and its processing by dux and the providers, only a PDF file with played rounds came in, which is not sufficient according to the GDPR. In response to closer and more detailed inquiries, I was only sold for stupid and in the end I am supposed to ask the provider myself, who of course has not responded to other inquiries for months.
According to DVSO, the provider and third parties must give complete, detailed written insight into all processed stored data and this did not happen after several inquiries. A lawyer has already been familiar with it and before I take legal action against the fact that you get forced losses here on the basis of profits, I will turn to you again.
Small info with playngo that is now over 4, 5 casinos so that even the smallest stakes are almost impossible to win. The total value of all is over 600-700 € with stakes 10-25 cents per spin.
