The player's account got blocked for unknown reason. The complaint was resolved as the player's account got reopen.
I recently joined duelz casino deposited hundreds. Withdraw £200 still had £150 to play with and after 5 minutes of requesting withdrawal I was blocked out the casino. No email or explanation. I have sent 2 emails heard nothing back. Can’t speak to anyone as I am blocked out. I would like my money what I requested to withdraw and the £150 in my account back.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Did the casino ever respond to you before?
Please note that it is sometimes common that the casino blocks the player's account until the verification is finished.
