Casino delay the verification of documents, due to which the withdrawal of funds is suspended.


The casino is delaying the verification process. The documents were accepted on 04/07/2023. I sent documents on 04/06/2023 using the download page to which the support specialists provide a link in the chat. Experts cannot accurately answer the timing of the check.

The casino claims that this kind of verification takes from 24 to 48 hours. In my case, more time has passed than they say. Prior to this, withdrawals were processed quickly. I have a withdrawal history where everything was processed without delay.


I just want the casino to fulfill their conditions correctly, as they say. Since I, for my part, did everything to make this matter move forward. And what they are doing is more like a deliberate prolongation of the situation.
