This casino is hands down the worse when it comes to everything. I've been waiting well over the time I was told I would have to wait. And when u contact them you just get a live chat, and usually it's the same 4 or 5 people . They tell u to contact support through email, and when you do its the same 4 or 5 people that respond.

That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.
