However, when they made a deposit using the provided code, they were surprised to find out that they had to fulfill a playthrough requirement of over $6,000. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

Got an email from. Casino about A promotion UPBOOST no playthrough and $15,000 withdrawl limit. I have a time date stamped screen shot to prove this. I deposited using code to be met with over 6 thousand dollar play through required and was told casino reserves right to change or delete promotions however my friend sitting righg next to me used same code deposited at same time and has no playthrough I also uploaded our chat

I deposited $43 and only learned of the waging requirements after my deposited had posted. I read the requirements in the email and assumed like any other legitimate site the all requirements would remain the same so copied the code from email logged in when to cashier put promo code then copied wallet address then went to send deposit. After I saw it confirmed on blockchain I logged in I clicked on wallet to verify and saw play thru needed $6000 something and that is when I contacted support

In the event that you discover the wagering requirement prior to placing any bets, you should be eligible for a refund as it would be considered false advertising. This could be attributed to human error, and if a promotional offer different from the one that was ultimately activated in a player's account was sent, a refund should be the primary resolution.

I did request a refund they rep gave me an email to request it from. However knowing that I sent the Customer rep a screenshot of my email to verify the terms of the promotion and was told the casino reserves the right to change the terms or cancel promotions at any time. I just played the deposit because the time and energy required to get refunded would cost me more than the actual deposit.

Yes you can close it I just wanted to get the word out so that others wouldn't make the same mistake and deposit to only get completely rail roaded
