CryptoThrills Casino - Player’s winnings have been cancelled.

i deposited about 75.00$ usd on this particular incident. from my Cash App. so i had around 3 or 4 MB. i go to the blackjack table and i bet 1 wich is the smallest chip. and its worth over 20.00$ so if thats smallest chip means your minum has to be that and no lower,but they told me the max i can bet is 1mbtc without a bonus. so i was playing blackjack with no promo, and i go to withdraw 42.2 MB. a couple days later i check the status of my withdraw they say it was voided because the Max is 1mbtc without promo the max i bet was two of the 1. chip. But its Chips thats 100,5,etc. in blackjack the normal red chip is usually the 5.00$ chip but would be like 100.00$ chip. that also means you can never split any cards at know time or double down wich are Blackjack strategy that is taking away our right to win and be losers. that mean that casino should have table games because if i was betting under 1mb it wouldnt be a chip on blackjack that has 0. on it. the lowest is over 20.00 because the type of currency we use. i spoke with someone on Jumba bet and ask were they connected to crypto thrills and he said they are not! but i have screenshots and makes me wonder why they denied being connected. on crypto thrills its not a single section that says the max bet is 1Mb,BTc when bonus is not active. section 5.7 is about active bonus wich it continues explaining in 14.7 or 13.7 one of those sections. but name one casino that has the max Bet without any promo or bonus connected is 20.00$ because that also means the minimum is the same. because as i stated you deposit 50.00 you may get 2mb or 1. something but show me in blackjack a chip with ... on it or a bet like that,or rules where you cant split or double down your bet!

The maximum bet amount allowed is 1 mBTC/33 mBCH/147 mLTC. Exceeding this bet amount could result in winnings being forfeited. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black. Players are limited to bets that do not exceed 0.86 mBTC/29 mBCH/126 mLTC per round and 0.054 mBTC/1.82 mBCH/7.93 mLTC per line when playing with an active bonus. Any bets that exceed these limits will cause all winnings to be void."

Could you please confirm that you haven’t activated any bonus when depositing funds into your account? Ideally, please forward any relevant communication along with your cashier and game histories to petronela.k@casino.guru.

I appreciate you guy's time and effort helping people who feel cheated and has know hope to feel at ease about these situations thats out of our control and reach! i leave this situation in your teams efforts to regulate a system of justice. i never once used a bonus on crypto thrills so i feel cheated by their misleading terms and conditions. i asked a representitive at Jumba Bet were they connected to crypto they denied. a couple days later i asked a guy he said they weren't, then came back on the message said they were,then transferred me to a lady that said they were not connected! then i said okay and i asked did all of there sister casinos have the same rules & conditions she said yes that also tells me crypto thrills tried to make up that rule because they know it's misleading! and i saw on here they are connected and jumba Bet does not say that is the max Bet without a Bonus.

We would like to ask the CryptoThrills Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

How do you guys resolve situations? I can do the same thing myself and say it is unresolved!
