Hi, please understand that this is my first complaint on any platform ever & I’ve made every attempt to research and resolve the issue with their support team. It’s sad because I like this site and thought I was a valued player, I’ve played for a couple of months now and definitely paid in more than I’ve withdrawn and it’s been fun. UNTIL I WAS REMOVED FROM ALL PERK AND REWARDS AND RECLASSIFIED ???

It’s soo confusing and makes zero sense, but outta nowhere my account was completely different and I thought it was a glitch because **I no longer received daily free spins,

**I couldn’t complete in any tournaments,

**I no longer received reward percentages from my deposits,

*I had no coupons being offered anymore,

*I didn’t even receive the regular emails I would get daily???

ALL OF THESE I WAS WOULD GET AUTOMATICALLY AND ENJOYED FOR MANY WEEKS WITH NO ISSUES

So I ask live support what’s going on and they tell me im no longer eligible for any of these services anymore because my account has been reclassified and it was done automatically by their systems algorithm!

They said maybe it will update and change on its own but they can not do anything about it? Im told to just keep playing and they apologize. I asked if I did anything wrong or did they need me to do anything differently? They continue to tell me that it’s nothing I’ve done wrong and it’s just the algorithm, but it really feels like im being punished and treated extremely unfair. This has been going on for a couple of weeks I believe now and I’ve contacted them through chat almost daily because nothing has changed no matter what I’ve deposited wich is hundreds just since this happened. The only emails I get now are my deposit emails but everyone of them advertise the daily free spins I can have with 20 dollar deposits. But I never get them and when I ask they remind me im not eligible in my class??

I tell them that according to their sites information that I see evertime I play I definitely qualify with the money I pay in and could somebody please fix my account?


At most they will offer a free chip and treat me like their doing me a favor as if I’m trying to milk the system. when it still doesn’t add up to what I should be automatically receiving from how much I deposite like before when I felt like a regular customer. They say they reserve the right to make changes at anytime they deemed necessary, I asked what deemed my account necessary to be changed when I’ve done nothing wrong and they say it’s all automatic and just part of the system??

I politely asked them why would taking things away for no reason be smart business and why can’t I find any information saying that this is normal procedure that anyone can have happen at any time? Then they just close chat me. I don’t understand and I’m leaving this message because it’s wrong to punish a costumer they say they value and take the things they clearly advertise on their site that everyone else can have but not me no matter how much I deposit? I ONLY WANT TO UNDERSTAND, AND I ONLY WANTED MY ACCOUNT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY. I DIDNT WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE, I ONLY WANTED WHAT I EARNED AND PAID FOR AS ADVERTISED. PLEASE HELP-THANK YOU FOR LISTENING (did this happen to anyone else)

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you have any bonus active when the casino decided to block them on your account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that it is entirely up to the casino whether you get any kind of promotion or not as it is a good will of the casino. If they decided not to give you any, nobody can do anything about it.

Hi thank you for responding, I’m pretty sure that my account was verified April 22 2023. I have made 2 withdrawals from them pretty easily and they have all my information.


And when all the rewards stopped I had just bought a bonus that was offered on a new game and deposited 60 dollars and played with the increase and free spins that came with it. This was on may 31, 2023.


So since June 1, 2023 my account no longer allowed daily free spins with deposits, tournaments to play, Reward club percentages added to my account based on my deposits, and no coupons being offered. Since that day I’ve been in contact with live support just about every other day asking about it and they said it’s nothing I’ve done wrong even though it feels like a punishment and that my account got reclassified automatically but my new class doesn’t offer anything I used to get? Wich are all the basics that are advertised everywhere to get people to join. And nowhere does it say these things are temporary or may get taken away?


I have been in contact with the live support as recently as yesterday to see if any changes have occurred and they still say not yet maybe I’ll return to my original class with more deposits and playing. I did get offered after complaining a free chip whenever I deposited a certain amount over 30 dollars but I would have to enter the chat and request it each time or I wouldn’t get it. I wish it wasn’t that way because I hate complaining to get something I’ve more than earned and it takes a while to get through to the live chat so that’s discouraging.


It’s been over two weeks now and nothing is changing in my account and I’ve been depositing pretty regularly. I have read as much information as I can find and there isn’t anything about this even being a possibility on their site, and I can’t find anything on this happening to anyone else. I’ve looked through tons of reviews and I feel alone in this happening to someone’s account.


It honestly seems like a glitch or system error because it’s just strange and a terrible way to gain loyal customers I would think. Anyway, I would like to understand and find out how often this happens to other people’s accounts or if it’s just me? Thank you for your time and efforts

Hi, I wanted to add that you’re welcome to have access to my account if it would help. Plus I do understand that cryptoloko does have the right to do something like this as I read in the terms and conditions, I just don’t understand why they would want to if they want a loyal customer base and a positive reputation. It’s discouraging as a player that doesn’t break the rules. Anyway I hope you can shed some light on this situation for me and find out how common this is because I can’t find evidence of anyone else who had this issue before? Hi I wanted to update you on the fact that randomly my account has been restored back to vip1 status. I’m not sure if you played a role in this issue but I’m happy either way. I’m still very interested in how common this is for other players considering that I couldn’t find any other information on anyone else who has had the same experience? It lasted 3 weeks and today with no notification it stopped so I technically no longer have a complaint even though I’m still just as confused. Thank you for all your time and effort to help me with my issue and especially for having to read my long messages, I’m grateful

I really wish we could help but at this point the casino is not even obligate to respond to us regarding your bonuses. As I stated above, it is entirely up to them whether they give you any or not. Unfortunately, unless you suffered any money loss or something unfair against their own terms there is nothing we can do and as the casino do not own any license they are not even obligate to respond do any authorities.

I understand that it must seem unfair not to receive any promotions if you are a loyal player but I can really only recommend to find a different casino if this one does not meet your requirements.
