I deposited an initial 10 dollars to this casino from my bitcoin wallet, using no bonus code or promotion, just a standard deposit. I won about 600, I tried in multiple transactions to withdrawal my winnings, and every withdrawal requested, for the full amount or partial amount was denied. That is until I tried a simple 20 dollar transaction, at this time the 20 dollar transaction was denied, a "manager requested withdrawal" of 1 dollar was posted on my account, then a 19 dollar withdrawal request showed up and was successfully deposited to my btc wallet. I played more and dropped up and down using over 2 thousand in bets, then when my balance was at 760.17 cents, I tried 2 separate withdrawals to my wallet of 200 a piece. One through coindraw, the other through their option simply titled "bitcoin" dropping my real balance to 360.17. One of the transactions was denied shortly after, bringing it to 560.17, and was followed by another "manager withdrawal request" of the complete amount of 560.17 in my balance, resulting in my balance being zeroed out. I have been stripped of my winnings, with no communication from the casino, and no more then 19 dollars credited to my btc wallet. I have been cheated, and would like my money returned immediately. Anything you guys can do to help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a chance that the withdrawal of $560.17 was approved but has not been processed yet, but it is not clear from these screenshots. Do I understand correctly that the $200 has not been returned to your casino account since the withdrawal request was denied?

I submitted 2 separete , 200 dollar withdrawal to my btc wallet which brought my balance from 760 to 360. One was declined, which returned my balance from 360 to 560, the other 200 dollar withdrawal is still pending. After my balance was returned to 560, the "manager withdrawal request" of 560 occurred, which is the company subtracting my own winnings. I did not initiate a 560 dollar transfer, they did, and not to my bitcoin wallet, but out of my gaming account so I no longer have access to those funds for gambling or withdrawals. They took it away from me.
