I tried to raise 23.9.2021 to 3000e. For some reason, the casino will not accept payment but will delay the withdrawal. My account has been verified, but this is my first withdrawal. I have been in contact with customer service several times stating that all withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. The next customer service representative said that my online bank needs more time to complete the withdrawal. Now, according to customer service, my withdrawal has been transferred to another relevant department.
I used Trusly when storing and lifting so there should be no problem with that. I did not take any bonuses on my deposits and the terms of use have not been violated.

Olen ollut asiakaspalveluun yhteydessä useasti josta kerrottiin että kaikki nostot käsitellään niin nopeasti kuin mahdollista yleensä 24h sisällä. Seuraava asiakaspalvelija kertoi että verkkopankkini tarvitsee enemmän aikaa kotiutuksen toteuttamiseen. Nyt nostoni on asikaspalvelun mukaan siirretty jollekkin toiselle osastolle (relevant department) .
Käytin tallettaessa sekä nostaessani Truslyä joten sen suhteen ei pitäisi olla mitään ongelmaa. En ottanut talletuksiini mitään bonuksia, eikä käyttöehtoja ole rikottu.

I would like to correct first that I have not waited a month, but a week. The title reads "Finnish player has waited month to withdrawal". The first withdrawal was on September 23, 2021
The payment has not yet been processed.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
In the meantime, could you please clarify which withdrawal method you used? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

This was a first withdrawal on this casino and i used Trusly to transfer money.
I have been done many succesfully withdrawals on another casinos. Never have to wait like this.
