I have requested withdrawal to both my VISA card that I used for deposit, they rejected it and asked for more verification which I provided. It is verified, they keep saying "Unfortunately, the payout was not successful on the side of the payment provider". I then requested the withdrawal to my mastercard, and the same process took over for that until they sent me the same "Unfortunately, the payout was not successful on the side of the payment provider". I have received withdrawals without any problem from other casinos

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

 

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?

Hello, they said I could open an account with mifinity to receive my withdrawal there. But now I have to send mifinity documents for verfification and then send crazyfox document for verification regarding my account on mifinity. I am expecting that after the verification process they will reply back that "Unfortunately, the payout was not successful on the side of the payment provider"
