Dear Gladys,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. From your four previous complaints, I understood that your account is fully verified, nevertheless, each withdrawal takes a bit longer.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Could you please advise if you have accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? When exactly did you request this withdrawal?

i did get a bonus and met the requirements....there are 2 bonus one for 320 and the other i think for 270 so if that is deducted i should end up on the first pending withdrawal for 2500 for approximately1875 or thereabouts/ the remaining pending withdrawals I should get the full amount which is 2500 and 500.

The agent was incorrect, as I said previously there was indeed payment issued to our 3rd party payment providers on the 2nd of February as a wire payment. It should arrive in 3-10 business days.
